In My Fifties Book by Author Katrina Green

I’m Katrina Green- a newfound author from New Orleans, La. I am a mother of 5 and a grandmother of 10.

I wrote this book to inspire women, mothers and young ladies that it’s okay to go though mental illness episodes and not be ashamed. Instead, identify what it is that you’re going through It’s okay to seek help and most importantly, lean on God.

I hope that my story will help and touch someone’s life because you can’t go through this  alone.

This book highlights events that occurred when I turned 50. It’s when I started dealing with the challenges of my life regarding mental illness, relationship trauma and lack of self esteem.
